Chidol Properties, a leader in property development, evolved from furniture manufacturing alongside Patnasonic. Together, they created exquisite hardwood furnishings while acquiring prime properties in Ikoyi and Abuja, transforming Nigeria's real estate landscape.

Patnasonic Industries Ltd >

Patnasonic Industries played a crucial role in Nollywood's rise through electronics. In the 80s and 90s, it significantly contributed to Abuja's estate development, and continues to create world-class estates and towns in the 2020s.

Chelsea Agric Ltd. (Chelsea Farms)

At Chelsea Agric and Chelsea Farms, we are dedicated to transforming agricultural practices in Nigeria with our extensive 20,000 hectares of farmland. Initially focusing on rice cultivation in Anambra, where we operate 10,000 hectares of mechanized farming, we have expanded our agricultural portfolio to include fishery and cassava cultivation for garri production. Our innovative approach has resulted in remarkable yields from our first 500 hectares, allowing us to sell our produce at competitive market rates. By supplying quality cassava to ethanol producers, we are not only optimizing our resources but also positioning ourselves for significant profitability in this dynamic agricultural landscape.
